Upgrading to a newer technology provides us with a stronger, more reliable and more efficient system today as well as the ability to improve in the future with more capable applications.
Please know our leadership and staff are committed to making this conversion a smooth and easy process for all. Our entire organization has spent many months planning for the change. To help you better understand the conversion and how it affects you, we’ll provide updates and important information here.

Will I need a new mobile banking app?
Yes, you will need to download our new mobile banking app after the conversion. We’ll provide download links and instructions before launch.
Will my username or password change?
Yes, you will need to create a new password or complete a first-time login. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions before the conversion.
Will my debit card continue to work?
Yes. Your debit card will continue working unless we notify you of a specific change.
Will my direct deposit continue?
Yes, Direct deposits will continue as normal.
Will my automatic payments continue?
Most automatic payments and scheduled transactions will continue without interruption. If any issue comes up, please contact us.
How long will services be unavailable?
Temporary service interruptions are expected during the conversion weekend. We’ll publish exact dates and times as they become available.
