Our Land and Home Conversion Loan gives eligible members and anyone who may live, work, worship or attend school within Travis County the opportunity to refinance and consolidate an existing land loan and manufactured or mobile home loan into a single first-lien real estate mortgage.

Eligibility & Property Requirements
- Open to all current members of Star of Texas Credit Union who are in good standing
- You own your land and mobile home
- The home is your primary residence
- Home must be permanently affixed to the land and titled as real property
- Home must meet HUD construction standards
- Standard mortgage credit and income qualifications apply
- All existing liens on the land and home must be paid off at closing
Note: Additional inspections, appraisal, survey, and title conversion are required prior to or at closing.
